Processing Apparatus for Sample Metal

According to the present invention, a metal sample processing apparatus comprises: a fixing means formed to fixate a metal sample to be processed by a cutting tool; a chip collection means formed to accommodate a chip of the metal sample processed by the cutting tool; and a chip gathering means covering surroundings of the fixing means for the chip of the processed metal sample not to be scattered around, and inducing the processed chip to gather in the chip collection means. The chip gathering means comprises: a cover member provided with an insertion hole into which the cutting tool is inserted, and formed to prevent the processed chip from being scattered; and a guide member arranged at one side of the cover member to guide the processed chip to the chip collection means. 본 발명의 금속시료 가공장치는 절삭공구에 의해 가공될 금속시료를 고정하도록 구성된 고정 수단; 상기 절삭공구에 의해 가공된 금속시료의 칩을 수용하도록 구성되는 칩 수거 수단; 및 가공된 금속시료의 칩이 주변으로 흩어지지 않도록 상기 고정 수단의 주변을 감싸며, 가공된 칩이 상기 칩 수거 수단으로 모이도록 유도하는 칩 포집 수단;을 포함하고, 상기 칩 포집 수단은, 상기 절삭공구가 삽입되는 삽입 구멍이 형성되고 가공된 칩의 비산을 방지하도록 구성되는 덮개 부재; 및 상기 덮개 부재의 일 측에 배치되어 가공된 칩을 상기 칩 수거 수단으로 안내하도록 구성되는 안내 부재;를 포함한다.
