Moreover, crispy texture of the pickles is strengthened, and viscosity of a seasoning liquid is increased to improve taste and flavor of the pickles. In addition, according to the present invention, the pickles of a white radish and radish tops as main materials contain Estern prickly pear extract in which calcium is abundant to reduce corrosion and damage of teeth due to strong acidity of a seasoning liquid.
