SAFETY CONSTRUCTION FOR CLAMP EXCAVATOR

The present invention relates to a safety device for a clamp of an excavator, receiving power of the excavator to recognize replacement of a bucket in a cabin of the excavator and prevent the bucket from being unintentionally separated. According to the present invention, the safety device comprises: a link body; fixated and moving hooks installed in the link body; a cylinder; and a safety device installed in the link body and moving hook. The safety device includes: a pressing part installed in the moving hook; a locking guide part installed in the link body, having elastic force in one direction, and including a body to be able to be lifted and lowered; a rotation guide pin installed in the link body; and a fixation part installed in the rotation guide pin to be able to rotate, connecting one side to the body, and allowing the other side to be rotated on the rotation guide pin by the body to fixate a locking piece side of the moving hook when the pressing part lifts the body of the locking guide part by operation of the moving hook. 본 발명은 굴삭기의 전원을 인가받아 굴삭기 운전석에서 버켓의 교체작업을 인지함과 아울러 버켓이 임의로 분리되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 굴삭기용 클램프 안전장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 굴삭기용 클램프 안전장치는 링크바디와; 상기 링크바디에 설치되는 고정후크와, 가동후크와, 실린더와, 상기 링크바디와 가동후크에 설치되는 안전장치와, 상기 가동후크에 설치되는 누름부와; 상기 링크바디에 설치되며, 일방향으로 탄성력을 갖도록 함과 아울러 승,하강가능하게 몸체가 포함된 잠금유도부와; 상기 링크바디에 설치되는 회동유도핀과, 상기 회동유도핀에 회동가능하게 설치되며, 일측은 몸체에 연결되고, 타측은 가동후크의 동작에 의한 상기 누름부가 상기 잠금유도부의 몸체를 상승시키면 상기 몸체에 의해 상기 회동유도핀을 중심으로 회동되어 상기 가동후크의 걸림편측을 고정하는 고정부로 구성된다.
