Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a hydroxy reforming method of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). The purpose of the present invention is to provide the hydroxyl reforming method of PVDF, the hydroxyl reforming method which increases porosity of PVDF by uniformly forming particles on a surface of PVDF in the form of a predetermined sized sphere. The hydroxyl reforming method of the present invention comprises: a first step of dissolving PVDF into dimethylacetamide (DMAc); a second step of adding ferrous sulfate 7 hydrates (FeSO_4·7H_2O) dissolved into water (H_2O) to a material obtained in the first step; a third step of adding hydrogen peroxide (H_2O_2) to a material obtained in the second step; a fourth step of adding ethanol (C_2H_5OH) to a material obtained in the third step; a fifth step of making ethanol (C_2H_5OH) react with the material obtained in the third step in an oil bath of 50°C for 1 hour; and a sixth step of filtering a reaction product of the fifth step using a diluent obtained by diluting sulfuric acid (H_2SO_4) into water (H_2O) to remove iron ions (Fe^3+) from the reaction product.
본 발명은 포릴비닐리덴플로라이드의 하이드록시 개질방법에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은, 폴리비닐리덴플로라이드(PVDF)를 디메틸아세트아미드(DMAc)에 녹이는 제 1단계와, 물(HO)에 녹인 황산제1철 7수화물(FeSOㆍ7HO)를 첨가하는 제 2단계와, 과산화수소(HO)를 첨가하는 제 3단계와, 에탄올(CHOH)을 첨가하는 제 4단계와, 50℃의 오일배스(oil bath)에서 1시간동안 반응시키는 제 5단계와, 황산(HSO)를 물(HO)에 희석하여 필터링하여 철이온(Fe)를 제거하는 제 6단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
