AUTOMATIC METHOD OF PRE-MIX AND SYSTEM THEREOF

The present invention relates to a method for producing premixed gunpowder, and specifically, to an automatic production method of premixed gunpowder and a system thereof. The automatic production method of premixed gunpowder comprises the following steps: an insertion step of putting a dehydrating agent into a vessel; a compaction step of applying pressure to the dehydrating agent in the vessel to remove the air; an NG measurement step of measuring the predetermined amount of nitroglycerin; a mixing step of mixing the above measured nitroglycerin and the dehydrating agent; and a packing step of packing the above dehydrating agent mixture into packing vessels. The above mentioned compaction step includes a vacuum degree determining step of determining the degree of vacuum. The present method can reduce the labor and risk factors of workers by automating the compaction-mixing-packing process during the production of premixed gunpowder. 본 발명은 예혼화약 제작 방법에 있어서, 탈수면약을 작업용기에 투입하는 탈수면약 투입단계, 상가 작업용기 내 상기 탈수면약에 압력을 가해서 공기를 제거하는 다짐단계, 니트로글리세린(nitroglycerin)을 기설정된 양만큼 계량하는 NG계량단계, 상기 NG계량단계를 완료한 상기 니트로글리세린과 상기 탈수면약을 배합하는 배합단계, 상기 배합단계를 마친 탈수면약혼합물을 포장용기 별로 포장하는 포장단계를 포함하며 상기 다짐단계는 상기 작업용기 내 진공도를 판단하는 진공도 판단단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 예혼화약 자동화 방법에 관한 것이다.
