Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing molten iron, capable of manufacturing synthetic gas by using exhaust gas generated during operation, and a synthetic gas manufacturing method using the same. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a process of charging iron ore in a reduction furnace and supplying reduction gas to manufacture reduced iron; a process of charging at least a part of the reduced iron in a reaction furnace; a process of supplying exhaust gas generated in a process to manufacture the reduced iron and methane-containing gas to the reaction furnace; and a process of using the reduced iron as a catalyst to react the exhaust gas with the methane-containing gas to manufacture a synthetic gas containing carbon monoxide and hydrogen. The reduced iron manufactured in a melting reduction steelmaking process is charged in the reaction furnace, and the exhaust gas generated in the process to manufacture the reduced iron and the methane-containing gas, which is modified gas, are charged in the reaction furnace, thereby being able to manufacture the synthetic gas. 본 발명은 용선 제조 장치 및 이를 이용한 합성가스 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 환원로에 철광석을 장입하고 환원가스를 공급하여 환원철을 제조하는 과정; 반응로에 상기 환원철 중 적어도 일부를 장입하는 과정; 상기 반응로에 상기 환원철을 제조하는 과정에서 발생하는 배가스와 메탄 함유 가스를 공급하는 과정; 상기 환원철을 촉매로 이용하여 상기 배가스와 메탄 함유 가스를 반응시켜 일산화탄소와 수소를 함유하는 합성가스를 제조하는 과정;을 포함하고, 용융 환원 제철공정에서 생산되는 환원철을 반응로에 장입하고, 반응로에 환원철을 제조하는 과정에서 발생하는 배가스와 개질가스인 메탄함유 가스를 반응시켜 합성가스를 제조할 수 있다.
