Scale inhibiting agent for reverse-osmosis

The present invention relates to a multi-purpose scale inhibiting agent for a reverse-osmosis membrane for preventing inorganic scale in a reverse osmosis membrane treatment facility in which demand for industrial water production and water recycling is increasing. The scale inhibiting agent is composed of phosphonic acid and a polymer (Quatropolymer), and especially, the Quatropolymer, when the phosphonic acid is used alone, reacts with calcium in water to precipitate as calcium phosphonate. Accordingly, rather, a carboxyl group, a sulfonate group, a hydroxyl group and a nonionic amide group which will solve the disadvantage of causing scale failure are contained. 본 발명은 산업용수 생산 및 용수 재활용 등을 위해 수요가 증가하고 있는 역삼투막 처리설비에서 무기계 스케일 방지를 위한 다목적 스케일 방지제에 관한 것이다. 상기 스케일 방지제는 포스폰산과 중합체(Quatropolymer)로 구성되어 있으며 특히, 중합체는 포스폰산을 단독으로 사용할 경우에 포스포네이트가 수중의 칼슘과 반응하여 칼슘포스포네이트로 석출하여 오히려 스케일 장해를 유발하는 단점을 해결할 카르복실기, 설포네이트기, 하이드록시기 그리고 비이온성의 아마이드기를 함유하고 있다.
