| Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed is an inline mixing and heating apparatus for heating a solution which comprises: a reflecting plate installed inside a heating insulation material, a plurality of heaters disposed inside the reflecting plate; an inline unit installed inside the reflecting plate to support the plurality of heaters by separately receiving the plurality of heaters, and providing a passage to sequentially pass a chemical solution around the plurality of heaters; and a condensing housing receiving the inline unit, disposed inside the reflecting plate, and receiving the chemical solution heated and discharged in the inline unit so as to supply the chemical solution through discharging after heating.
단열재의 내측에 설치되는 반사판과, 반사판의 내부에 배치되는 복수의 히터와, 복수의 히터를 서로 분리되게 수용하여 지지하도록 반사판 내부에 설치되며 복수의 히터의 주변을 화학 용액이 순차적으로 경유하도록 하는 유로를 제공하는 인라인유닛 및, 인라인유닛을 수용하며 반사판 내부에 배치되고 인라인유닛에서 가열되고 배출되는 화학용액을 수용하여 가열된 뒤 배출하여 공급하는 콘덴싱 하우징을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용액 가열용 인라인 믹싱 히팅장치가 개시된다. |
