Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is an earphone housing of an external sound shielding conversion structure and an earphone including the same. According to the present invention, the earphone housing comprises: a housing body having an external sound transfer path and a sound unit prepared therein; an external sound shielding conversion unit prepared in the housing body to selectively shield the external sound transfer path; and an ear cap coupled to the housing body to transfer at least one of a sound generated in the sound unit and an external sound. 외부음 차폐 전환 구조의 이어폰 하우징 및 이를 포함하는 이어폰이 개시된다. 본 발명의 이어폰 하우징은, 외부음 전달 통로와, 음원부가 마련된 하우징 바디; 하우징 바디에 마련되어 외부음 전달 통로를 선택적으로 차폐시키는 외부음 차폐 전환부; 및 하우징 바디에 결합 되어 음원부에서 발생 되는 음원과 외부음 중 적어도 하나를 전달시키는 이어캡을 포함한다.
