Zusammenfassung:A high purity germane purification apparatus of the present invention comprises a plurality of columns, a reboiler member, and a condensation member. The purification apparatus has advantages that overhaul time for the columns is reduced by interposing the plurality of columns between the reboiler member and the condensation member such that the columns are separated from each other, productivity can be improved by continuously operating residual columns while sequentially overhauling the plurality of columns. The purification apparatus can actively respond to various requirements for the purification amount by enabling products to be produced from about 10% of the designed purification capacity according to the application of a multicolumn process although the production itself of products has been impossible with a half or less of designed purification capacity in a conventional purification apparatus. Further, the purification apparatus has advantages that work difficulty is lowered during manufacturing or overhauling of the columns, and manufacturing, disassembling and assembling properties can be improved because columns are manufactured with small diameters by applying the multicolumn process. 개시되는 고순도 저메인 정제 장치에 의하면, 칼럼이 리보일러 부재와 응축 부재 사이에 서로 이격되도록 복수 개가 개재됨으로써, 상기 칼럼에 대한 오버홀(overhaul) 기간이 단축되고 복수 개의 상기 칼럼을 순차적으로 오버홀시키면서 나머지 칼럼은 작동을 지속시킬 수 있으므로, 생산성이 향상될 수 있고, 종래의 정제 장치에서는 설계된 정제 용량의 절반 이하로는 제품 생산 자체가 불가능하였으나 다중 칼럼 방식이 적용됨에 따라 10% 정도부터 제품 생산이 가능하므로, 정제량에 대한 다양한 요구에 능동적으로 대응할 수 있으며, 다중 칼럼 방식으로 인해 각 칼럼이 소구경화되므로, 그 제작 및 오버홀시 작업 난이도가 낮아지고 제작, 분해 및 조립성이 향상될 수 있게 되는 장점이 있다.
