Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a Lactobacillus plantarum HK strain and to a Telopea speciosissima fermented extract using the same. In case of manufacturing the Telopea speciosissima fermented extract through a step of injecting a novel Lactobacillus plantarum HK strain (Accession number: KCCM12135P) provided in the present invention into a Telopea speciosissima extract and culturing the Telopea speciosissima extract, antioxidant, whitening, wrinkle reduction and skin barrier improvement ability are excellent, and thus when the Telopea speciosissima extract is applied to a cosmetic base as an effective ingredient, the effect as a cosmetic composition is excellent.
