Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed is a method for repairing a lithium ion battery module, comprising: a connection member cutting step of cutting a cutting area of a connection member welded to an electrode terminal of battery cells which are adjacent to each other by a laser from the lower surface of the connection member to the depth excluding the residual height; and a connection member separating step of tearing and separating the connection member from the battery cells. According to the present invention, damage to battery cells can be reduced.
본 발명은 서로 인접하는 전지 셀의 전극 단자에 레이저 용접되어 있는 연결 부재의 절삭 영역을 상기 연결 부재의 하면에서 소정의 잔존 높이를 제외한 깊이까지 절삭하는 연결 부재 절삭 단계 및 상기 연결 부재를 전지 셀로부터 뜯어 분리하는 연결 부재 분리 단계를 포함하는 리튬이온 전지 모듈의 리페어 방법을 개시한다. |
