The Contact Lens Coloring Ink and Manufacturing Method Thereof

The present invention relates to a contact lens coloring ink for manufacturing a contact lens having lower concealment degree and giving natural feeling by increasing transparency of a color which covers iris of a wearer when the wearer wears the contact lens, and a preparation method of the contact lens coloring ink. The contact lens coloring ink of the present invention is a contact lens coloring ink prepared by a preparation method of the contact lens coloring ink. The preparation method includes a first step of adding a filling solution to a color master batch to produce an ink raw material; a second step of stirring the ink raw material through a stirrer; and a third step of injecting the stirring process-completed ink raw material into a three-roll mill to disperse the stirring process-completed ink raw material. Therefore, the contact lens coloring ink according to the present invention has an effect that the contact lens coloring ink can maintain high transparency by reducing particles of the ink that forms a printing layer of a color contact lens to a particle size smaller than the wavelengths of visible light, thereby increasing light transmittance and minimizing light scattering. 본 발명은 콘택트렌즈 착용 시 착용자의 홍채를 덮는 컬러의 투명도를 높여 보다 은폐도가 낮고 자연스러운 느낌을 부여하는 콘택트렌즈를 제조하기 위한 콘택트렌즈 착색용 잉크 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 컬러 마스터 배치(Color Master Batch)에 충진액을 더하여 잉크 원료를 생성하는 제 1단계와 상기의 잉크 원료를 교반기를 통하여 교반하는 제 2단계와 상기의 교반이 완료된 잉크 원료를 삼본밀에 투입하여 분산하는 제 3단계로 이루어지는 콘택트렌즈 착색용 잉크의 제조방법으로 제조된 콘택트렌즈 착색용 잉크로서 컬러 콘택트렌즈의 인쇄층을 형성하는 잉크의 입자를 가시광선의 파장보다 작게하여 빛 투과도가 높고 산란을 최소화하여 높은 투명도를 유지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
