Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a preparation method of an eco-friendly flame retardant material using a polyester to which a flame retardant paint harmless to human body is added, wherein the preparation method improves production, construction and durability by using the polyester as a main material composing the flame retardant material, further improves thermal insulation properties of the flame retardant material by applying a silver powder onto a front surface of the polyester, and enables the flame retardant material to be safely used at various places by adding inexpensive flame retardant paints with properties harmless to the human body to the polyester. More specifically, the present invention relates to the polyester to which flame retardant paints harmless to the human body are added, and the preparation method of the eco-friendly flame retardant material using the polyester, the preparation method comprising: a paint milling step (S10) of milling respective raw materials of the flame retardant material including a polyester as a main material and antimony and decabromodiphenyl oxide as an auxiliary paint to a particle size of 0.5 to 0.8 m; a flame retardant paint production step (S20) of mixing the milled antimony and decabromodiphenyl oxide at a weight ratio of 1:1; a flame retardant material forming step (S30) of stirring 80 to 90 wt% of the milled polyester with 10 to 20 wt% of a flame retardant paint, and forming the stirred material in a thin plate shape using a mold; a flame retardant material drying step (S40) of vacuum drying the formed flame retardant material for 10 to 15 hours; and a silver powder coating step (S50) of spraying a silver powder onto a front surface of the flame retardant material dried in a vacuum state to coat the flame retardant material with the silver powder.
본 발명은 난연재를 구성하는 주 소재로 폴리에스테르를 사용하여 생산과 시공 그리고 내구성의 향상과 더불어 폴리에스테르 소재 전면(全面)에 은분을 도포하여 단열성을 더욱 향상시킴은 물론, 폴리에스테르에 값이 저렴하면서도 인체에 무해한 성질의 난연도료들을 첨가함으로써 다양한 장소에 안전하게 사용할 수 있도록 구성한 인체 무해성 난연도료가 첨가된 폴리에스테르 및 이를 이용한 친환경 난연재의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 난연재를 구성하는 주소재인 폴리에스테르와, 보조도료인 안티모니, 데카브롬을 각각 0.5~0.8㎛로 분쇄하는 도료 분쇄단계(S10);와, 분쇄된 안티모니와 데카브롬을 각각 1:1의 중량비로 혼합하는 난연도료 생성단계(S20);와, 분쇄된 폴리에스테르 80~90중량%와, 난연도료 10~20중량%를 교반한 뒤, 금형을 이용하여 박판형태로 성형하는 난연재 성형단계(S30);와, 성형된 난연재를 10 내지 15시간 동안 진공 건조하는 난연재 건조단계(S40);와, 진공상태에서 건조된 난연재의 전면(全面)에 은분을 분사하여 도포하는 은분 코팅단계(S50);로 구성되는 인체 무해성 난연도료가 첨가된 폴리에스테르 및 이를 이용한 친환경 난연재의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. |
