Since the primer sets and the detection method using the same of the present invention can provide information necessary for confirming whether or not the strain is growing in a sample such as plants including rice, soil, and the like, the strain can be used for various agricultural techniques such as promoting growth of plants and for developing fertilizers or pesticides. 본 발명은 메틸로박테리움 필로스피아래() CBMB27 균주를 특이적으로 검출할 수 있는 프라이머 세트 및 이를 이용한 상기 균주의 검출 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 프라이머 세트 및 이를 이용한 검출 방법은 벼를 포함한 식물, 토양 등 시료 내에 상기 균주가 자라고 있는지 확인하는데 필요한 정보를 제공할 수 있으므로, 상기 균주를 이용하여 식물의 생장 촉진 등 다양한 농업 기술에 활용 및 비료 또는 농약을 개발하는데에 유용하게 활용할 수 있다.
