Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for producing functional coating powder, and functional coating powder produced thereby. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for producing the functional coating powder comprises the following steps: forming a coating layer by spraying a coating agent onto a surface of powder; and a treating the coating layer-formed powder with heat. The powder contains inorganic powder, and the coating agent contains metal particles and a solvent, while vibration energy is applied to the powder when the coating agent is sprayed. 본 발명은 기능성 코팅 분말 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 기능성 코팅 분말에 관한 것이다. 한 구체예에서 상기 기능성 코팅 분말 제조방법은 분말 표면에 코팅제를 분사하여 코팅층을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 코팅층이 형성된 분말을 열처리하는 단계;를 포함하며, 상기 분말은 무기계 분말을 포함하고, 상기 코팅제는 금속입자 및 용매를 포함하며, 상기 코팅제 분사시 상기 분말에 진동에너지를 가한다.
