Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a premix type modified asphalt mixture in which a filler and a modified asphalt binder including asphalt, latex, sulfur, waste tire rubber powder (SBS resin powder) and additives are premixed. The filler is a mixture of silicon carbide and limestone coated and fired with calcium carbonate coating. The asphalt mixture and the asphalt pavement method using the same provided by the present invention: solve a plastic deformation problem at high temperature and a crack problem at low temperature by improving disadvantages of existing asphalt mixtures; and achieve uniformity of a product by a quantitative injection of the filler by manufacturing the binder and the filler in a premix type. 본 발명은 아스팔트, 라텍스, 황, 폐타이어 고무분말(SBS수지분말) 및 첨가제를 포함하는 개질 아스팔트 바인더와 필러가 프리믹스 된 프리믹스타입 개질아스팔트 혼합물에 관한 것이다.
