Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for estimating a radiation dose. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for estimating a radiation dose of a synthetic image based on MRI by using a lookup table. To this end, the method of the present invention comprises the steps of: generating a lookup table representing a linear attenuation coefficient (LAC) of a region of interest from a CT image (S100); photographing at least two among a T1 image, a T2 image, and a Petra image of a patient from an MRI apparatus (S120); superimposing the photographed images to generate a synthetic image (S140); displaying a boundary line of the region of interest in the synthetic image to distinguish the region of interest (S160); designating an LAC of the lookup table in the distinguished region of interest (S180); and estimating a radiation dose based on the synthetic image in which the LAC is designated (S200).
본 발명은 방사선량 추정방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 룩업테이블을 이용한 MRI 기반 합성영상의 방사선량 추정방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명은 상기와 같은 목적은, CT-영상으로부터 관심영역의 선감약계수를 나타내는 룩업테이블을 생성하는 단계(S100); MRI 장비로부터 환자의 T1영상, T2영상 및 페트라 영상중 적어도 2개를 촬영하는 단계(S120); 촬영된 영상을 중첩하여 합성영상을 생성하는 단계(S140); 합성영상에서 관심영역의 경계선을 표시하여 관심영역을 구분짓는 단계(S160); 구분지어진 관심영역에 룩업테이블의 선감약계수를 지정하는 단계(S180); 및 선감약계수가 지정된 합성영상에 기초하여 방사선량을 추정하는 단계(S200);가 제공된다. |
