Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an anti-inflammatory composition comprising fumitremorgin B separated from SF-5497, which is fungus derived from both the North and the South poles, as an active ingredient. The composition of the present invention shows an excellent anti-inflammatory effect in a mouse-derived brain cell, and thus can be useful as a medical composition and a cosmetic composition for preventing, alleviating, and treating brain inflammation-related diseases. In particular, the fumitremorgin B derived from a natural material does not have cytotoxicity, and thus safety is acknowledged. Also, as a result of an experiment using a mouse-derived microglial cell, it has been confirmed that expression and activities of hematin oxygenase-1 (heme oxygenase-1) known as an enzyme closely related to a cell protecting mechanism are improved and an excellent effect of inhibiting cell inflammation is ensured. Accordingly, the anti-inflammatory composition including the same as an active ingredient can be applied as an anti-inflammatory agent for inhibiting inflammation in diseases related to inflammation, a cosmetic composition having an antiinflammation effect, and the like.
본 발명은 양극해 해양생물 유래 진균인 SF-5497에서 분리한 푸미트레모르진 B를 유효성분으로 포함하는 항염 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 조성물은 마우스 유래 뇌세포에서 뛰어난 항염증 효과를 나타내므로, 뇌 염증 관련 질환의 예방, 개선 및 치료를 위한 의약 조성물 및 화장료 조성물로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다. 구체적으로, 상기 천연물로부터 유래된 푸미트레모르진 B는 세포 독성이 없어, 안전성이 인정될 뿐만 아니라, 마우스 유래 미세아교세포를 이용한 실험 결과, 세포보호기전과 밀접하게 관련되어 있는 효소로 알려진 헤마틴 산화효소-1(Heme Oxygenase-1, HO-1)의 발현과 활성을 증가시키며, 세포 염증반응을 억제하는 효과가 우수한 것으로 확인되었으므로, 이를 유효성분으로 포함하는 상기 항염 조성물은 염증과 관련된 질병에서 염증을 억제하는 항염증제 및 항염효과가 있는 화장료 조성물 등으로 응용될 수 있다. |
