Method of filling heating medium into flat type heat spreader and sealing that of it

According to the present invention, a method for injecting and sealing a heating medium of a flat plate heat spreader includes the steps of: preparing a flat plate heat spreader with multiple internal channels formed thereon to have both sides open while being formed at predetermined intervals with each other; fixing the heat spreader in a vertical position to arrange both sides of each internal channel of the heat spreader in upward and downward directions; injecting a liquid heating medium of T1 into the individual internal channels at the same time through the upper parts of the heat spreader fixed in a vertical position; heat-pressing and compressing the lower parts of the heat spreader after the elapse of time t1 from the point of injecting the liquid heating medium to the individual internal channels as T2(>T1); and heat-pressing and compressing the upper parts of the heat spreader as T2 to seal the upper parts after the elapse of time t2 from the point of heat-pressing and compressing the lower parts of the heat spreader.
