More specifically, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer diseases, wherein the pharmaceutical composition includes a compound represented by chemical formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. 본 발명은 암질환의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 사용할 수 있는 신규한 노카벤즈옥사졸 유도체, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 유효성분으로 포함하는 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다.
