An embodiment of the present invention relates to a road traffic safety driving terminal device installed in a vehicle, which includes: an RF communication unit for supporting mobile communication through a mobile communication network; a road traffic law database in which data of a road traffic law is stored; a traffic violation detection unit which collects traffic information of the vehicle which runs on a road in real time and compares the information with the road traffic law database to detect whether or not a traffic violation occurs; a speaker for outputting traffic violation contents by a voice; and a main processor unit for outputting the traffic violation contents through the speaker when the traffic violation is detected and providing the traffic violation contents to a drivers cellular phone through the RF communication unit of the vehicle.
