Permanent Beam Form

The present invention relates to a non-stripping beam form and, more specifically, to a non-stripping beam form capable of being used as a permanent structure by increasing strength despite a deck plate, simplifying a module, and forming various sizes of forms by assembling unit members with three cross-section shapes formed by bending the deck. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the non-stripping beam form comprises: a lower member which includes a plurality of beads formed in a horizontal direction and formed by being bent to vertically protrude at a predetermined length upward at regular intervals and side connection parts formed at both ends in a width direction by being bent in a diagonal direction of the upper portion of the inside thereof; a side member which includes a bead formed in a vertical direction and formed by being bent to protrude toward an inner surface at a predetermined length at regular intervals in a height direction, an upper coupling part which includes a horizontal part bent to protrude from an upper end of the side member at a length the same as that of the bead in a horizontal direction and a vertical part bent toward a vertical lower portion from an outer end of the horizontal part, and a lower connection part bent from a lower end thereof in a diagonal direction of the inside of the upper portion thereof; a form which includes first and second connection parts which are formed in an L-shape at an angle corresponding to a lower connection part of the side member, and a side connection part of a lower member that are formed at both ends thereof and have ends bent in a hook shape, and a corner member configured to couple a lower member and a side member by inserting a side connection part of the lower member and a lower connection part of the side member into the first and second connection parts to be pressure-welded; and stirrups welded to an inner surface at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction of the form to be coupled. 본 발명은 비탈형 보 거푸집에 관한 것으로서, 데크를 절곡하여 형성한 3개 단면형상의 단위부재를 조합하여 다양한 규격의 거푸집을 구성하도록 하여, 모듈의 단순화가 가능할 뿐만 아니라 데크판을 사용하면서도 강성을 증가시켜 구조용 보 영구 거푸집으로 사용할 수 있는 비탈형 보 거푸집에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예는 수평 방향으로 형성되며, 일정 간격으로 수직 상부로 일정 길이 돌출되도록 절곡하여 형성되는 복수의 비드와, 폭방향 양단부에는 각각 상부 내측 사선방향으로 절곡되어 형성되는 측면 연결부가 구성되는 하부부재와; 수직방향으로 형성되며, 높이방향의 일정 간격 내측면으로 일정 길이 돌출되도록 절곡하여 형성되는 비드와, 상단부에서 수평방향으로 비드와 동일한 길이로 돌출하도록 절곡되는 수평부와 수평부의 외측 단부에서 수직하부로 절곡되는 수직부가 형성되는 상부 결합부와, 하단부에서 상부 내측 사선방향으로 절곡되는 하부 연결부로 이루어지는 측면부재와; ㄴ
