Cable guide tube extruder with cable pull wire extruder

The present invention relates to a cable guide tube extruder with a cable pull wire built-in device which enables a pull wire to be conveniently and integrally built in the cable guide tube from the step of manufacturing a cable guide tube. The cable guide tube extruder with the cable pull wire built-in device is installed at an extruder (200) which receives a raw material formed of synthetic resins through a raw material feeder (100) to continuously extrusion mold a hollow pipe-shaped cable guide tube (20). The cable guide tube extruder with the cable pull wire built-in device comprises: a guide pipe (810) which is installed at the extruder (200) such that a front end of the guide pipe (810) is inserted into an extrusion die (210) of the extruder (200) lengthways, and a rear end of the guide pipe (810) is exposed to the outside; and a pull wire built-in device including an air supply block (820) which is installed at the exposed rear end of the guide pipe (810), and in which a pull wire injection hole (822) is formed such that an air supply path (821) connected to a compressor (830) through a hose (831) is communicated with the pull wire injection hole (822). Therefore, the cable guide tube extruder with the cable pull wire built-in device is formed such that the pull wire can be attached to an inner surface of a front end of the cable guide tube (20) by, during extrusion molding of the cable guide tube (20) using the extruder (200), supplying the pull wire (1) injected into the pull wire injection hole (822) to the air supply path (821) using high pressure air generated from the compressor (830), thereby supplying the pull wire (1) into the cable guide tube (20) through the guide pipe (810). 케이블안내관의 제작단계에서 부터 견인선이 편리하게 일체로 내설되도록 하여 주도록 할 수 있는 케이블견인선 내설장치를 구비한 케이블안내관 압출기에 관한 것으로, 원료공급기(100)를 통해 합성수지재 원료를 공급받아 중공파이프 형태의 케이블안내관(20)을 연속적으로 압출성형하는 압출기(200)에 설치되는 것으로, 상기 압출기(200)의 압출다이(210) 내부로 선단이 길게 삽입되고, 후단은 외부로 노출되도록 압출기(200)에 설치되는 안내파이프(810)와; 상기 안내파이프(810)의 노출된 후단에 설치되고 콤프레샤(830)와 호스(831)로 연결되는 에어공급로(821)가 연통되도록 형성된 견인선투입공(822)이 구비되는 에어공급블럭(820)을 포함하는 견인선내설장치(800)를 구성하여, 압출기(200)를 이용하여 케이블안내관(20)을 압출성형시 견인선투입공(822)으로 투입된 견인선(1)을 콤프레샤(830)에서 발생하는 고압의 에어를 에어공급로(821)로 공급하여 견인선(1)이 안내파이프(810)를 통해 케이블안내관(20) 내부로 공급되어 케이블안내관(20) 선단 내면에 부착시킬 수 있도록 이루어짐에 그 특징이 있는 것이다.
