Apparatus for emitting hydrogen gas

The present invention relates to a hydrogen gas discharging device. The hydrogen gas discharging device comprises: an electrolyzer electrically decomposing ballast water; a gas and water separator receiving the treated water of the electrolyzer and dividing the treated water into gas and liquid; an air blower including a first opening and closing valve and supplying air to a gas discharge pipe of the gas and water separator; an air supply pipe supplying the air pressurized in advance to the gas discharge pipe of the gas and water separator and including a second opening and closing valve; and a control unit receiving power from a non-interrupting electric source supply unit in a blackout and controlling the first opening and closing valve and the second opening and closing valve.
