Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an emergency towing device for emergency towing arrangement (ETA) and escorting pull back (EPB) and a method of using the same and, more specifically, to an emergency towing device for ETA and EPB and a method of using the same having a fiber rope added to an EPB base as a towing wire by not using a storage drum and a wire rope of a general ETA but using a storage box installed above or below a deck, thereby having been improved to be able to be used for both EPB and ETA. 본 발명은 EPB와 ETA 겸용 비상예인장치 및 그 사용방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 통상적인 ETA(Emergency Towing Arrangement)의 스토리지 드럼 및 와이어 로프를 사용하지 않고 데크의 위 혹은 아래에 설치된 스토리지 박스를 이용하여 EPB(Escorting Pull Back) 베이스에 고강도 섬유로프를 견인줄로 추가함으로써 EPB 뿐만 아니라 ETA로도 사용할 수 있도록 개선된 EPB와 ETA 겸용 비상예인장치 및 그 사용방법에 관한 것이다.
