Zusammenfassung:The present invention discloses a method of forming a crack-resisting layer on a surface of an aluminum material or an aluminum alloy material. The disclosed method of forming the crack-resisting layer on the surface of the aluminum comprises: a magnesium (Mg) forming step of forming a Mg layer by laminating Mg on a surface of a base material composed of metal consisting of aluminum (Al) as a main ingredient; and a heat treatment step of forming the crack-resisting layer by heating the base material where the magnesium layer is formed up to a temperature of 200-600C, and spreading and permeating the Mg into an inner part of the surface of the base material. Accordingly, the present invention aims to provide a method of forming the crack-resisting layer which is resistant to a surface crack of a product of the aluminum material or the aluminum alloy material. 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금 재질 제품의 표면에 균열에 강한 내균열층을 형성하는 방법이 개시된다. 개시된 알루미늄 표면에 내균열층을 형성하는 방법은, 알루미늄(Al)을 주성분으로 포함하는 금속으로 이루어진 모재(母材)의 표면에 마그네슘(Mg)을 적층하여 마그네슘층을 형성하는 마그네슘층 형성 단계, 및 마그네슘층이 형성된 모재를 200 내지 600℃ 의 온도로 가열하여, 모재의 표면의 내부로 마그네슘을 확산 침투시켜 내균열층을 형성하는 열처리 단계를 구비한다.
