A Loader for Loading a Product Connected to a Flange Producing Apparatus

The present invention relates to a process material loader for a flange production apparatus. More specifically, the present invention relates to a process material loader for a flange production apparatus wherein the process material loader supplies processing materials to a flange processing apparatus, simultaneously discharging a processed flange. The process material loader for the flange production apparatus comprises: a hopper (11) to feed and transfer flange process materials (P); a feeder (12) to transfer the flange process materials (P) from the hopper (11) while the flange process materials (P) is arranged; a separation module (13) to separate each of the flange process materials (P) transferred from the feeder (12); a grip module (14) to discharge a flange molded in a processing apparatus (PA) while transferring each of the flange process materials (P) disposed in the separation module (13); and an operation module (15) to operate the grip module (14). 본 발명은 플랜지 제조 장치용 가공물 로더에 관한 것이고, 구체적으로 플랜지의 가공 장치로 가공 소재를 공급하면서 이와 동시에 가공된 플랜지를 배출시키는 플랜지 제조 장치용 가공물 로더에 관한 것이다. 플랜지 제조 장치용 가공물 로더는 플랜지 가공물(P)이 투입되어 이송되는 호퍼(11); 호퍼(11)로부터 플랜지 가공물(P)을 정렬된 상태로 이송시키는 피더(12); 피더(12)로부터 이송된 각각의 플랜지 가공물(P)을 분리시키는 분리 모듈(13); 분리 모듈(13)에 위치된 각각의 플랜지 가공물(P)을 이송시키면서 가공 장치(PA)에서 성형된 플랜지를 배출시키는 그립 모듈(14); 및 그립 모듈(14)의 작동을 위한 작동 모듈(15)을 포함한다.
