Hypochlorite acid water production equipment and production method thereof

The present invention relates to a device and a method for producing sodium hypochlorite. The device comprises: a water softener provided with raw water and producing softened water by removing cations from the raw water; a brine tank for storing sodium chloride, and producing sodium chloride water when a part of the softened water discharged from the water softener is branched and supplied; a brine diluting module for producing mixed water within a predetermined concentration range and a predetermined temperature range by mixing the softened water supplied from the water softener and the sodium chloride water supplied from the brine tank; an electrolyzing tank for producing sodium hypochlorite by electrolyzing the mixed water supplied from the brine diluting module; and a storing tank for storing the sodium hypochlorite produced from the electrolyzing tank. 본 발명은, 차아염소산나트륨 생산장치 및 생산방법에 관한 것으로서, 원수를 공급받아 상기 원수에서 양이온을 제거하여 연수를 만드는 연수기; 염화나트륨이 저장되어 있고, 상기 연수기에서 배출되는 상기 연수의 일부가 분기되어 공급되면 염화나트륨수를 만드는 브라인 탱크; 상기 연수기로부터 공급받는 상기 연수와, 상기 브라인 탱크로부터 공급받는 상기 염화나트륨수를 혼합하여 설정 농도 범위 및 설정 온도 범위의 혼합수를 만드는 염수희석모듈; 상기 염수희석모듈로부터 공급받은 상기 혼합수를 전기분해하여 차아염소산나트륨을 만드는 전기분해조; 및 상기 전기분해조에서 만들어진 상기 차아염소산나트륨을 저장하는 저장탱크를 포함한다.
