Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus to measure a total organic carbon in a wet oxidation scheme, remarkably increasing oxidizing power and reproducibility to increase measurement reproducibility; and increasing oxidizing power to extend an application range. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a step of inserting a measurement sample in a reactor; a step of inserting phosphoric acid into the reactor to remove inorganic carbon; a step of inserting oxidant into the reactor to perform oxidation; and a step of analyzing carbon dioxide generated in the reactor. According to the present invention, since the method remarkably increases oxidizing power, a high measurement concentration limit is provided. Moreover, the method provides high reproducibility, thus being able to be applied to various objects such as sewage, river water, wastewater, etc. 본 발명은 본 발명은 습식산화를 이용하여 총 유기탄소를 측정하는데 있어서 산화력과 재현성을 획기적으로 향상시켜 측정의 재현성을 높이고자 하는 것과 산화력을 높여 적용범위가 넓은 총 유기탄소 측정 방법 및 장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하는 것으로서, 측정 시료를 반응기에 투입하는 단계, 상기 반응기에 인산을 투입하여 무기탄소를 제거하는 단계, 상기 반응기에 산화제를 투입하여 산화하는 단계, 및 상기 반응기에서 발생한 이산화탄소를 분석하는 단계를 포함하는 측정 시료 내 총 유기탄소 측정 방법 및 그 장치를 구성으로 하며, 본 발명에 따른 총 유기탄소 측정 방법은 산화력을 획기적으로 향상시켜 높은 측정농도 한계를 가지며, 재현성이 높아 하수, 하천수, 폐수 등 다양한 대상에 적용할 수 있는 효과를 갖는 것이다
