Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a lumbar lordosis measurement device capable of measuring the curvature of the lumbar spine by using an X-ray image. The lumbar lordosis measurement device for measuring the curvature of the lumbar spine by using an X-ray image of the spine of a subject comprises a line formation part (100); an intersection angle comparison part (200); and a lumbar lordosis diagnosis part (300). The line formation part forms a first line (50) and a second line (60) on a spine image in the X-ray image of the spine of the subject. The intersection angle comparison part (200) matches an intersection of the first line (50) and the second line (60) formed in the line formation part (100) to a reference angle image (70) in which a reference angle (80) is displayed and compares the intersection and the reference angle image (70). The lumbar lordosis diagnosis part (300) diagnoses the subject as lumbar lordosis when an intersection angle is greater than the reference angle (80) and diagnoses the subject as not lumbar lordosis when the intersection angle is less than the reference angle (80) by comparing the intersection angle measured in the intersection angle comparison part (200) with the reference angle (80). 본 발명은 엑스레이영상을 이용하여 요추의 만곡을 측정할 수 있는 요추전만 측정장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 특징은, 피험자의 척추가 촬영된 엑스레이영상을 이용하여 요추의 만곡을 측정하는 요추전만 측정장치에 있어서, 피험자의 척추가 촬영된 엑스레이영상에서 척추영상에 제1라인(50) 및 제2라인(60)을 형성하는 라인형성부(100)와, 라인형성부(100)에서 형성된 제1라인(50) 및 제2라인(60)이 교차되는 부분에서 기준각도(80)가 표시된 기준각도영상(70)를 일치시켜서 비교하는 교각비교부(200)와, 교각비교부(200)에서 측정된 교각을 기준각도(80)와 비교하여, 교각이 기준각도(80)보다 크면 요추전만으로 판단하고, 교각이 기준각도(80)보다 작으면 요추전만이 아닌 것으로 판단하는 요추전만판단부(300)를 포함한다.
