Zusammenfassung:According to the present invention, a method to separate carbon dioxide from exhaust gas includes: a step of generating sulfate ions and nitrate ions from sulfurous acid gas and nitrogen oxide contained in exhaust gas of a power plant by manufacturing an absorption solution mixed with iron ions and then making the exhaust gas penetrate the absorption solution after the addition of hydrogen peroxide, and collecting and removing the sulfate ions and the nitrate ions from the absorption solution by increasing solubility by oxidizing the sulfate ions and the nitrate ions at room temperature and normal pressure; a step of removing reactionless nitrogen oxide and carbon monoxides by using an absorbent after the removal of moisture to process gas which is passed without being absorbed by liquid due to low solubility; and a step of separating carbon dioxide by maintaining the carbon dioxide in a liquid or solid state and nitrogen and oxygen in a gas state by concentrating the carbon dioxide of the processed gas through a selective permeable membrane and then using a difference in the boiling point of the gas. 본 발명에 따른 발전소 배출가스 중의 이산화탄소 활용을 위한 배출가스에서 이산화탄소 분리방법은 철이온이 용해된 흡수액을 제조하고 과산화수소를 첨가하여 발전소의 배출가스를 상기 흡수액에 통과시켜 발전소 배출가스 중에 포함된 아황산가스 및 질소산화물로부터 황산이온 및 질산이온을 생성하고, 상기 황산이온 및 질산이온을 상온 상압에서 산화하여 용해도를 증가시켜 상기 흡수액에 포집하여 제거하는 단계와, 상기 흡수액에 대한 용해도가 낮아 액상에 흡수되지 않고 통과된 가스를 처리하기 위하여 습기를 제거한 후 흡착제를 이용하여 미반응 질소산화물 및 일산화탄소를 제거하는 단계와, 정제된 가스를 선택적 투과막에 의하여 이산화탄소를 농축한 후 이를 압축 냉각하여 가스의 비점차이를 이용하여 이산화탄소는 액화 또는 고체 상태로, 질소 및 산소는 기체상태로 유지하여 분리하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
