Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a composite wet dust collector using a spinning and air spraying method, which is to improve the removal rate of coal dust contained in dirty air by inducing mixing of the dirty air and a treatment solution and lengthening contact time by spinning. According to the present invention, the composite wet dust collector using the spinning and air spraying method comprises: a dust collecting tank (10) storing the treatment solution inside and including a purified air outlet in the upper part and a sludge outlet in the lower part; a dirty air spray unit (20) spraying the dirty air into the dust collecting tank and spraying the dirty air in a spinning form along the circumferential direction of the dust collecting tank; a treatment solution spray unit (30) spraying the treatment solution stored in the dust collecting tank, into the dust collecting tank and spraying the treatment solution in the same direction as that of the dirty air while becoming adjacent to the dirty air sprayed by the dirty air spray unit so the treatment solution decontaminates the dirty air by being in contact with the dirty air; and a perforated plate (40) installed in the lower part of the purified air outlet of the dust collecting tank and enabling the dirty air ascending towards the purified air outlet to be finely decontaminated due to a collision with the, wherein perforated plate (40) which extend the contact time. 본 발명은 와류 현상과 분사에 의한 복합 습식 집진기에 관한 것으로, 함진공기와 처리액의 혼합을 유도하면서도 와류를 통해 접촉시간을 길게 하여 함진공기에 포함된 석탄분진의 제거율을 향상함을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 와류 현상과 분사에 의한 복합 습식 집진기는, 내부에 처리액이 저장되며 저부에는 슬러지 배출구가 상부에는 정화공기 배출구가 구비된 집진조(10)와; 상기 집진조 내부에 함진공기를 분사하되, 함진공기를 상기 집진조의 원주방향을 따라 와류형태로 분사하는 함진공기 분사수단(20)과; 상기 집진조에 저장된 처리액을 상기 집진조 내부에 분사하되, 상기 함진공기 분사수단에 의해 분사되는 함진공기와 근접되면서 함진공기와 동일 방향으로 처리액을 분사하여 상기 함진공기와 접촉됨으로써 함진공기를 작게 깨는 처리액 분사수단(30)과; 상기 집진조의 정화공기 배출구 하부에 설치되며 상기 정화공기 배출구를 향해 상승하는 함진공기가 충돌에 의해 잘게 깨지도록 함과 아울러 체류시간을 길게 하는 다공판(40)을 포함하여 구성된다.
