Fireproof-Filling-Structure within Fixed StandPipe

The present invention relates to a fireproof filling structure for filling a gap on a bottom penetration unit of a standpipe which is laid to deliver water for every floor in an apartment house such as an apartment, and other buildings; and to an equipment engineering field to fixate a pipe using a device in order to mitigate vibration of a laid standpipe and to prevent bending thereof. A flange is formed on a top to be formed with a penetration unit perforated through every floor to which a standpipe is laid, a through sleeve coupled with a temporary cover on a top of the flange fixated to a mold, and a transfer through hole perforated through a slab through hole formed by removing a sleeve through hole and a temporary cover of the through sleeve on a floor where concrete is poured. A pipe is surrounded by semicircular wings which are filled in the transfer through hole, mounted on the flange, formed in a semicircular shape which becomes a circular form when facing each other and being in contact with each other, having a pair of fireproof fillers which are nonflammable or fire retardant, and having contact pads attached thereto to steadily fixate the pipe by coupling wings. The fireproof fillers supported and mounted on the flange completely blocks an entire penetration unit, and the standpipe is fixated by coupling the flange with the fireproof fillers. 본 발명은 아파트 등 공동주택, 기타 건축물에서 층층마다에 물이 운반되도록 배관되는 입상관에서 바닥관통부의 틈새를 메우는 내화충전구조와 배관된 입상관의 진동완화와 휨 방지를 위해 장치 사용에 의해 관을 고정하는 설비공법 분야에 있어서, 입상관이 배관하는 층층 바닥이 천공된 관통부가 형성하도록 상단에 플랜지가 형성하고 플랜지 상부에 임시커버가 결합된 관통스리브가 거푸집에 고정하고 콘크리트 타설된 바닥에서 관통스리브의 스리브관통구와 임시커버가 제거되어 형성되는 슬래브관통구로 한 이체관통구로 천공되어 상기 이체관통구에 충전하고 플랜지에 안치되는 마주보고 맞대어지면 원형 형태의 반원 형상으로 되어 불연 또는 난연재의 한쌍 내화충전체가 구비된 밀착패드가 부착된 반원날개에 의해 관을 감싸서 결합날개에 의해 견실히 고정하고, 플랜지에 지지 안치된 내화충진체는 관통부를 전체를 밀실하게 차단하는 내화충전구조를 가지고, 플랜지와 내화충전체를 체결하여 입상관이 고정하는 입상관 고정과 병행한 관통부 내화충전구조에 관한 것이다.
