The waste solid organic matter is mixed with liquid fuel after being liquefied, so disadvantages of solid fuel are removed, and ecofriendly and economical liquid biofuel which is in high quality and has a strong flame and excellent combustibility can be produced by applying advantages of solid fuel to liquid fuel. 본 발명은 고체상 폐유기물을 액상화시켜 액체연료와 혼합함으로써, 고체연료의 단점이 해소되고 액체연료의 장점에 고체연료의 장점이 더해져서 화력이 좋고 연소성이 우수하며 경제적이고 환경친화적인 고품질의 액상 바이오연료를 제조할 수 있는 새로운 방식의 고체상 폐유기물을 이용한 액상 바이오연료 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 액상 바이오연료에 관한 것이다.
