Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for repairing and reinforcing a concrete structure by using FRP. An FRP reinforcement material with excellent tensile strength and so on is applied to a portion of the concrete structure needing repair and reinforcement. The repair and the reinforcement are performed to increase durability of the aged concrete structure, having been deteriorated and damaged, by maintaining and reinforcing the concrete structure to be sturdy. According to the present invention, the method for repairing and reinforcing a concrete structure by using FRP comprises: a first step of forming a groove in the direction of a throttle length of the concrete structure; a second step of applying an epoxy paint to a surface of the groove formed in the first step; and a third step of inserting and installing an FRP reinforcement material (10) in the shape of a strip having a protrusion-type surface in the groove after the second step. In the third step, the FRP reinforcement material (10) in the shape of a strip having a protruding portion and a recessed portion arranged on a circumference unit is inserted and installed in the groove and is vertically or horizontally installed to make a narrow side face an upper portion and make a wide side face left and right sides. The FRP reinforcement material (10) in the shape of a strip comprises: a support strip which has upper and lower assembling holes arranged on an upper portion and a lower portion to be open toward an upper side and a lower side; upper and lower reinforcement strips which are inserted and assembled in the upper and lower assembling holes of the support strip and have protrusion portions arranged in a lengthwise direction and protruding in opposite directions with respect to the support strip as a center; and bands which cover the support strip and the upper and lower reinforcement strips. The upper and lower reinforcement strips are arranged to have the protruding portions arranged in opposite directions with respect to the support strip as the center.
본 발명은 FRP를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 보수 보강 공법에 관한 것으로, 콘크리트 구조물의 보수와 보강이 필요한 부분에 인장 강도 등이 우수한 FRP 보강재를 적용하여 보수 보강하고 보강재와 콘크리트 구조물간의 계면부착력 증대를 통한 합성력을 증대하여 콘크리트 구조물을 견고하게 유지하고 강화시켜 열화 손상된 노후화 콘크리트 구조물의 수명연장을 구현할 수 있도록 보수 보강을 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 FRP를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 보수 보강 공법은, 콘크리트 구조물의 교축길이방향을 따라 홈을 형성하는 제1단계와; 상기 제1단계에서 형성한 홈의 표면에 에폭시를 도포하는 제2단계와; 상기 제2단계 후 상기 홈 안에 표면이 요철형인 띠형상의 FRP 보강재(10)를 삽입 설치하는 제3단계를 포함하고, 상기 제3단계는, 둘레부에 철부와 요부가 구비된 띠형상의 FRP |
