Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a composition for improving memory, comprising a myrrh extract as an active ingredient and, more specifically, to a composition which comprises an extract produced after extracting, filtering and vaporizing a resin of Myrrh, as an active ingredient. In addition, the composition according to the present invention has a short-term memory improvement effect and a long-term memory improvement effect through an Y-maze test, a passive avoidance test, and a phosphorylation test of Akt and ERK. 본 발명은 몰약 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 기억력 개선을 위한 조성물에 관한 것이다. 특히, 몰약의 수지를 추출한 후에 여과 증발시킨 후 제조된 추출물을 유효성분으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 조성물은 Y-미로 시험, 수동 회피 시험 및 Akt와 ERK의 인산화 활성 시험을 통해 단기적 기억력 개선 효과 및 장기적 기억력 개선 효과를 보유하고 있음이 입증되었다.
