Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is a steel-concrete composite bridge construction method using prestress introduction during erection of a bridge. According to the present invention, the steel-concrete composite bridge construction method may comprise: a step of mounting a steel girder on a foundation; a step of introducing prestress with respect to the mounted steel girder; a step of depositing at least a portion of concrete to form a concrete slab on the steel girder into which the prestress is introduced; and a step of removing the prestress introduced to the steel girder as the deposited concrete is cured for a composite cross section to be formed.
