UV CURING APPARATUS

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a UV curing apparatus includes: a main substrate having a predetermined area having a predetermined length and width; a plurality of UV LEDs arrayed in a plurality of rows and columns at regular intervals over the entire area of the main substrate, for irradiating the object to be cured with a UV wavelength in the vertical direction; and an illuminance improving unit provided on an edge of the main substrate, such that UV light wavelength having illuminance the same as that of the main substrate is irradiated to an edge portion of the object to be cured in the vertical direction. The illuminance improving unit includes at least one auxiliary substrate. The UV LEDs are arrayed in at least one row and column along the formation direction of the auxiliary substrate. The straight line distance from the main substrate to the object to be cured in the vertical direction is longer than a straight line distance from each of the auxiliary substrates to the object to be cured in the vertical direction. The auxiliary substrate is arranged so as to be adjustable in distance from the edge of the main substrate. 본 발명의 일 실시 형태에 의한 ＵＶ 경화장치는, 일정 길이와 폭을 지닌 일정 면적을 가진 메인 기판과, 메인 기판의 전체 면적에 걸쳐 일정 간격으로 복수의 행과 열을 이루어 어레이되며, 경화 대상물에 연직방향으로 UV 파장을 조사하는 복수의 UV LED와, 경화 대상물의 모서리부까지 메인 기판과 동일한 조도의 UV 파장을 경화 대상물에 연직 방향으로 조사하도록, 메인 기판의 가장자리에 구비되는 조도 개선 유닛을 포함하며, 조도 개선 유닛은, 메인 기판보다 작은 면적을 가진 적어도 하나 이상의 보조 기판을 포함하고, 보조 기판의 형성 방향을 따라 적어도 하나 이상의 행과 열을 이루어 복수의 UV LED가 어레이되고, 메인 기판으로부터 경화 대상물까지의 연직 방향에 따른 직선거리는, 보조 기판 각각으로부터 경화 대상물까지의 연직 방향에 따른 직선거리보다 길며, 보조 기판은, 각각 메인 기판의 가장자리로부터 거리 조절이 가능하게 배치될 수 있다.
