Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an apparatus for evaluating soundness of a sewage treatment plant and, more specifically, to an apparatus for evaluating soundness of a sewage treatment plant, which can miniaturize the size of the apparatus by measuring the sedimentation rate in sewage using a measuring cell having a small capacity, and can be rapidly measured due to short sedimentation distance, and can relatively accurately calculate a measurement result under 1 L and 30 minutes using a measurement result under 300 ml and 10 minutes. 본 발명은, 하수처리장 건전성 판단 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 적은 용량의 측정셀을 이용하여 하수 내 침강률을 측정하므로, 장치의 크기를 소형화할 수 있고, 침강 거리가 짧아 신속한 측정이 가능하며, 300ml, 10분 하에서의 측정 결과를 이용하여 1L, 30분 하에서의 측정 결과를 비교적 정확히 계산할 수 있는 하수처리장 건전성 판단 장치에 관한 것이다.
