The present invention relates to a food tray collection system having a basket. The food tray collection system having a basket comprises: a moving groove unit on a side of a frame into which a food tray is fed; a first fixing member installed by changing a height of the moving groove unit on a side of the frame for collecting a food tray, and installed on a connection member connecting both gears of a rotary conveyor installed in the frame; a first connection bar installed and connected to the first fixing member; and a second fixing member installed and connected to the first connection bar. A second connection bar and a connection installation mount are installed and linked to each other. A plurality of food tray collection baskets is disposed on the connection installation mount. The height of the moving groove unit on the side of the frame for collecting a food tray is lower than a height of the moving groove unit on the side of the frame into which a food tray is fed to arrange food tray collection baskets rotated on one side of the frame lower than food tray collection baskets rotated on the other side of the frame to be rotated to feed food trays into the food tray collection baskets installed on the other side of the frame at a higher position and quickly, continuously, and stably collect food trays from the food tray collection baskets installed on the one side of the frame at a lower position to change the height of the moving groove unit of the frame to easily feed and collect the food trays from the rotated food tray collection baskets. 본 발명은 프레임의 식판을 투입하는 측의 이동홈부와, 프레임의 식판을 회수하는 측의 이동홈부의 높이를 달리하여 설치되고, 프레임의 내부에 설치된 회전컨베이어의 양 기어를 서로 연결시킨 연결부재에 설치된 제1고정부재와, 제1고정부재와 연결설치된 제1연결바와, 제1연결바와 연결설치된 제2고정부재와, 제2연결바와 연결설치거치대가 서로 연계설치되고, 연결설치거치대에 다수개로 구비된 식판회수바스켓으로 구비하여 프레임의 식판을 투입하는 측의 이동홈부의 높이보다 프레임의 식판을 회수하는 측의 이동홈부의 높이를 낮게하여 프레임의 일측에서 회전되는 식판회수바스켓들의 높이보다 프레임의 타측에서 회전되는 식판회수바스켓들의 높이를 낮게 회전되게 하여 프레임의 일측에 높게 설치된 식판회수바스켓들에 식판들을 투입하고 프레임의 타측에 낮게 설치된 식판회수바스켓들에서 식판을 회수를 보다 신속하고 지속적으로 안정적으로 하도록하여 프레임의 이동홈부에서 높낮이를 달리하여 회전된 식판회수바스켓들에서 식판의 투입 및 회수를 보다 용이하게 하도록 한 바스켓을 구비한 식판회수시스템에 관한 것이다.
