Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for preparing a waterproof paint composition for preventing mold using environmentally-friendly chungito, and more specifically, to a method for preparing a waterproof paint composition for preventing mold using environmentally-friendly chungito, which is prepared by adding a dew condensation preventing agent, a hardening-regulating agent and an anti-mold agent into a mixing solution, which is a mixture of a predetermined inorganic compound and organic compound, to be stirred. 본 발명은 곰팡이 방지를 위한 친환경 천기토를 이용한 방수페인트 조성물 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 소정의 무기화합물과 유기화합물을 혼합한 혼합용액에 결로방지제와 경화조절제 및 항곰팡이제를 첨가하여 교반함으로써 이루어지는 곰팡이 방지를 위한 친환경 천기토를 이용한 방수페인트 조성물의 제조방법을 개시한다.
