The present invention relates to a gang form capable of separating and connecting a support frame. The gang form comprises: a main body unit in which a vertical frame and a horizontal frame are connected to a panel; a support frame connected to a lower end of the vertical frame; and a connection unit connecting the vertical frame by being formed on the upper end of the support frame. A coupling hole is penetrated on a side of the lower part of the vertical frame. The connection unit comprises: a side support plate having a support plate supporting the lower end of the vertical frame and the coupling hole, wherein the side support plate is in contact with the side of the vertical frame by being extended from the support plate; a coupling pin penetrating the coupling hole having a wedge hole; and a wedge inserted into the wedge hole. When the gang form is transferred, the main body unit and the support frame are separated and transferred to pass a width limit of a loaded object and improve transportability.
