VEGETABLE SALTING DEVICE

The present invention relates to a vegetable salting apparatus which receives vegetables to be salted in a rotating drum, and then rotates the drum in a salting tank which contains salt water, thereby being capable of salting vegetable. The apparatus comprises: a salting tank which has a hollow hole inside for receiving salt water, has a drum entrance hole passing through the tank in the horizontal direction in an upper portion on a side surface thereof, and receives salt water for salting vegetables in the lower portion of the hollow hole; a rotating rail which is installed in the salting tank to be rotatable while passing through the center of the side surfaces of the salting tank; a rotating drum which is installed to be rotated together with the rotating rail while sliding along the rotating rail, has a space capable of receiving vegetables therein, slides along the rotating rail, and is taken into/out of the salting tank; and a salting water supply part which is installed on an inner upper surface of the salting tank and injecting salt water into the hollow hole of the salting tank. 본 발명은 회전드럼에 절임을 실시할 야채를 수용한 후 염수가 수용된 절임탱크에서 회전시키는 것으로 야채의 절임을 실시할 수 있는 야채 절임 장치에 관한 것으로, 내부에 염수를 수용하기 위한 중공이 형성되고, 측면 상부에 가로방향으로 관통된 드럼입출구가 형성되며, 중공의 하부에는 야채를 절이기 위한 염수가 수용되는 절임탱크와, 절임탱크의 측면 중앙을 관통하면서, 절임탱크에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 회전레일과, 회전레일을 따라 슬라이딩되면서도 함께 회전하게 결합되고, 내부에 야채를 수용할 수 있는 공간이 형성되고, 회전레일을 따라 슬라이딩되는 것으로 절임탱크에서 입출되는 회전드럼과, 절임탱크의 내측 상부면에 설치되어 절임탱크의 중공으로 염수를 분사하는 염수공급부를 포함한다.
