Zusammenfassung:An embodiment of the present invention provides a crude copper manufacturing method using a low grade copper sludge comprising: (step 1) a step of plasticizing a low grade copper sludge; (step 2) a step of manufacturing a mixture by adding at least one type selected from a group consisting of a binder, a flux, and a combination of the binder and the flux to the plasticized low grade copper sludge; (step 3) a step of manufacturing a briquette by compression molding the mixture; (step 4) a step of inserting the briquette into a submerged arc furnace, and adding flux for smelting reduction; and (step 5) a step of separating crude copper generated from the smelting reduction from slag. 본 발명의 일 실시예는 저품위 동 슬러지를 소성하는 단계(단계 1); 상기 소성된 저품위 동 슬러지에 바인더, 플럭스 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 첨가하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계(단계 2); 상기 혼합물을 압축 성형하여 브리켓(briquette)을 제조하는 단계(단계 3); 상기 브리켓을 서브머지드 아크로(Submerged Arc Furnace)에 장입하고 플럭스를 첨가하며 용융환원시키는 단계(단계 4); 및 상기 용융환원에서 생성되는 조동과 슬래그를 분리하는 단계(단계 5);를 포함하는, 저품위 동 슬러지로부터 조동 제조방법을 제공한다.
