Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides a granule manufacturing device capable of reusing water by collecting the water used to form granules and improve hydro-metallurgy productivity of a follow-up process when the granules of crude metal are formed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the granule manufacturing device comprises: a water supply pump; a first granule unit formed in a barrel shape with an open upper end and an open lower end, and connected to the water supply pump wherein the first granule unit receives matters from the upper end; a second granule unit formed in a barrel shape with the open upper end and the open lower end wherein the upper end of the second granule unit is connected to correspond to the lower end, and a lower end area of the second granule unit is smaller than an upper end area; a settling tank formed in the barrel shape with the open upper end, wherein one side of the settling tank is connected to the pump; and a granule pipe connected to correspond to the lower end of the second granule unit, wherein one side is connected to the pump and the granule pipe transfers the matters discharged from the second granule unit to the settling tank. The settling tank comprises: a first settling unit primarily receiving the matters discharged from the granule pipe; a second settling unit receiving the matters on the upper part of the first settling unit using a head drop; and a third settling unit receiving the matters on the upper part of a first collection unit, wherein one side of the third settling unit is connected to the pump.
