METHOD FOR FORMING VELVET COVER ON SURFACE OF CONDUCTIVE OBJECT ROLL MEMBER FOR HEATING HAIR ROLL AND HEATING HAIR ROLL

The present invention relates to a method for forming a velvet cover on a conductor surface, a roll instrument for a heat hair roll, and a heat hair roll. The method of forming a velvet cover on a conductor surface according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) removing oil; (b) applying a primer to a conductor surface; (c) applying an adhesive on the conductor surface coated with the primer; (d) flocking a pile consisting of powder on the conductor surface; and (e) performing a heat treatment on the conductor on which the pile is flocked and performing dust removal. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르는, 전도체 표면에 벨벳 커버를 형성하는 방법은 (a) 유분을 제거하는 단계; (b) 전도체의 표면에 프라이머를 도포하는 단계; (c) 상기 프라이머가 도포된 전도체의 표면 상에 접착제를 도포하는 단계; (d) 상기 전도체의 표면 상에 파우더로 구성된 파일을 식모(flocking)하는 단계; 및(e) 상기 파일이 식모된 전도체에 대하여 열처리를 수행한 후 분진제거를 수행하는 단계;를 포함한다.
