CCTV SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING REMOTE CALL FUNCTION OF CCTV CAMERA AND METHOD THEREOF

Disclosed are a system for providing a remote call function of a closed circuit television (CCTV) camera and a method thereof. The system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a user device configured to transmit a request message for requesting a remote call function of a CCTV camera; a CCTV device which, when receiving the request message, firstly rotates to an area in which the user device is positioned on the basis of the received request message to thereby photograph a preliminary image with respect to the area in which the user device is positioned and secondly rotates on the basis of a photographing spot in the photographed preliminary image, which is set by the user, to thereby obtain an image; and a control center configured to receive the image obtained from the CCTV device to monitor the corresponding area. Here, the remote call function is to request an image photographing to a CCTV camera located adjacent to the user device. 본 발명에 의한 CCTV 카메라의 원격 호출 기능을 제공하기 위한 시스템 및 그 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 CCTV 카메라의 원격 호출 기능을 제공하기 위한 시스템은 CCTV 카메라의 원격 호출 기능을 요청하기 위한 요청 메시지를 송신하는 사용자 기기; 상기 요청 메시지를 수신하면, 수신된 상기 요청 메시지를 기반으로 상기 사용자 기기가 위치하는 영역으로 1차 회전하여 상기 사용자 기기에 위치하는 영역에 대한 예비 영상을 촬영하고, 상기 촬영된 예비 영상 내 사용자가 설정한 촬영 지점을 기반으로 2차 회전하여 영상을 획득하는 CCTV 장비; 및 상기 CCTV 장비로부터 획득된 영상을 제공받아 해당 영역을 모니터링하는 관제 센터를 포함하되, 상기 원격 호출 기능은 상기 사용자 기기의 주변에 위치하는 CCTV 카메라로의 영상 촬영을 요청하는 것이다.
