METHOD OF MONITORING OF SHIP AND SYSTEM PERFORMING THE SAME

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a system for monitoring a remote state of a vessel comprises a vessel device for monitoring energy of a vessel and a ground device of monitoring a state of a vessel. The vessel device for monitoring energy of a vessel is positioned on a vessel, collects location information on a main vessel and a neighboring vessel from a vessel automatic identification device installed on the vessel, and transmits the location information of the main vessel and the neighboring vessel through multimedia switching communication equipment. The ground device for monitoring a state of a vessel performs communications with the vessel device for monitoring energy of a vessel to receive information on each vessel and controls a management target vessel and a neighboring vessel in real time by using location information of each vessel. As such, according to the present invention, location information of a main vessel and a neighboring vessel is collected through the vessel identification device installed on a vessel, thereby allowing the vessel itself to be used as a movable base station. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 선박 원격 상태 모니터링 시스템은 선박에 위치하여 선박에 설치된 선박 자동 식별 장치로부터 본선 및 주변 선박의 위치 정보를 수집하고, 상기 본선 및 주변 선박의 위치 정보를 다중 매체 스위칭 통신 장비를 통해 전송하는 선박용 선박 에너지 모니터링 장치 및 상기 선박용 선박 에너지 모니터링 장치와 통신하여 선박 각각의 위치 정보를 수신하고, 선박 각각의 위치 정보를 이용하여 관리 대상 선박 및 주변 선박을 실시간으로 관제하는 육상용 선박 상태 모니터링 장치를 포함한다. 따라서, 본 발명은 선박에 설치된 선박 자동 식별 장치를 통해 본선 및 주변 선박의 위치 정보를 수집함으로써 선박 자체가 이동식 기지국으로 사용될 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
