Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is a ladle production method for transferring molten metal, which comprises the following steps: a ladle slurry production step for producing ladle slurry after mixing wollastonite, alumina cement, colloid silica, and water; a ladle main body casting step for casting a ladle main body by supplying ladle slurry into a casting mold having a shape of the ladle main body; an anti-fusion layer coating step for coating a surface of the casted ladle main body with an anti-fusion layer; and a boron nitride layer coating step for coating the surface of the anti-fusion layer with a boron nitride layer. 본 발명은 규회석과 알루미나 시멘트와 콜로이드 실리카 및 물을 혼합하여 래들 슬러리를 제조하는 래들 슬러리 제조 단계와, 래들 본체 형상의 캐스팅 몰드에 래들 슬러리를 공급하여 래들 본체를 캐스팅하는 래들 본체 캐스팅 단계와, 상기 캐스팅된 래들 본체의 표면에 융착 방지층을 코팅하는 융착 방지층 코팅 단계 및 융착 방지층의 표면에 질화붕소층을 코팅하는 질화붕소층 코팅 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 용탕 이송용 래들 제조 방법을 개시한다.
